High Fidelity Service (HFS) distributed products purchased through HFS authorized retail specialists in the USA are covered by factory original warranties in full by each respective manufacturer. These warranty services are administered and managed by HFS within the guidelines of the original manufacturer warranty provisions and are considered of paramount importance in supporting our dealers and end customers. Any questions, problems, and/or inquiries regarding product performance or warranty support should be directed toward HFS, as our manufacturers’ distributor/agent in the USA.
Given the quality and reputation of HFS’s suppliers and partners, respective warranties are considerable, include parts and labor, and typically guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of years (See individual manufacturers warranty information).
To further protect our retailer specialists and customers, HFS maintains complete traceability on all products distributed to our retail specialist partners to ensure that those products can be distinguished from unauthorized product(s) sold, resold and/or imported by unapproved parties.
PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTED BY HIGH FIDELITY SERVICES BUT NOT ORIGINALLY SOLD BY HIGH FIDELITY SERVICES WILL NOT BE COVERED BY WARRANTY FOR ORIGINAL OR SECONDARY OWNERS.
This includes unauthorized “grey market” imports, product previously distributed by others, and/or products unverified as being manufactured for, and/or distributed by HFS. HFS welcomes any reports of above noted violations and is also happy to clarify warranty terms for dealers/customers whose circumstances are unclear.
Warranty Service and Repairs
High Fidelity Services’ products are among the most reliable in the industry, however HFS is the first to acknowledge that occasional accidents in the field and product problems do arise. High Fidelity Services is pleased to note that warranty service and product repairs are administered domestically for all of our products so as to provide the fastest and most convenient service possible.
High Fidelity Services’ established, full time service center is fully authorized and professionally trained for the service of all HFS products. As is the case with all members of our “HFS family”, our service center staff coordinates closely with HFS and our manufacturers and is devoted to customer satisfaction and professionalism in all facets of service. In select cases where a product may need to be returned to the manufacturer, all arrangements shall be coordinated by HFS and our service center.
